To the maximum extent permitted by law, LawInc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Site. If liability is found, our total liability shall not exceed $100. Separate terms may apply to any paid services.

Governing law; venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California for any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms.
